She closely manages the care of all residents according to their wishes with their family & under their doctors orders. She provides direct care on a regular basis. Joana holds a Nursing Degree from Romania, followed by years of experience, & a Masters Degree in Geriatrics & Nursing Homes Administration from the University of Charleroi, Belgium. Her formal training, 23 years of experience, and her strong belief in a smaller facility that offers continuity in care and stresses deep respect for individuals worth and dignity no matter how cognitively or physically challenged that person is, makes out of her a uniquely skilled caregiver.
