Overall

I must advise any minorities e...

I must advise any minorities especially Spanish not to come to see Lisa. She had doubts on my mother's insurance coverage before she even received a rejection from my mom's insurance. I think her behavior and/or doubts would have been less palpable had my mom not had an accent.
