My name is Hugh Sadlier. I am a Board Certified Consulting Hypnotherapist and have been practicing in the state of Maine since July 1, 1991. I have earned additional certifications in Complementary Medical Hypnosis, Sports Hypnosis, Hypno Coaching, Neuro-Subliminal Programming, and Advanced Past Life Regression. Through hypnosis, I help people make changes within themselves and in their lives that enable them to achieve optimum mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I have worked with people on over 200 different issues, ranging from anger, childbirth, fears, insomnia and pain to relationships, smoking, sports performance, stress, test taking and weight.
