I read the negative review about returning shoes on this site and just had to disagree. I've only ever received great service at Holly Stone. I love this shop and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. It is my goto specialty store.

Hello- I bought a pair of shoes from there that were defective and this woman seemed like she couldnt be bothered to help me. The customer service was AWFUL, I couldn't believe how rude she was. Dont go there not worth the hassle if something becomes defective. Go to Bliss or Helene M very nice people with better quality clothes. Holly stone is also overpriced $ 20.00 more than the actually maker of the item sells it for.
