Overall

Sierra Vista Exterminators was very quick to respond when I called for service. I hate spiders and saw a black widow. Dale came out right away and sprayed, within minutes I was seeing dead spiders in places I did see them in. I was only going to have them spray the one time, but signed up for service so that I don't have to worry about bugs anymore. They are very nice people, the lady in the office is always polite and answers your questions.

I called to have Sierra Vista Exterminators spray my house a few months ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. They come out around the same time every month, always check for webs and wipe them down and they are always so nice. Kim sprays our house and is such a pleasant person, she is always smiling and her husband Gene has been here once when she was ill and he is a great person also. I highly recommend this company if you don't like dealing with those big companies who you never know who they are sending out, lets keep the money in town.

We had one of the big national companies and had a lot of problems, we would find lots of Live spiders and black widows around the house we decided to switch To Sierra Vista on the recommendation of a friend and since that time we haven’t really had any pest problems, never see anymore black widows, see dead bugs lying all around which we didn’t see before. We like dealing with someone who owns the company, the other company would change employees a lot, so you never knew who was coming. Sierra Vista always does a good job and we highly recommend them.

The co-operation of the homeowner is critical for effective flea control. Throughly clean prior to the treatment. This should include the vacuuming of floors, carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture and baseboards. The sweeping should be disposed of immediately to prevent re-infestation. The vacuum bag contents should be placed in an airtight plastic bag in your outside garbage can. We also recommend treating any animals with a product like Frontline as soon as possible, preferably before scheduling service.

Gene has been doing our Pest Control Service for the last 4 years or so. He does a good job and is very dependable and we always know he will be there. Recently we had a problem with Yellow Jackets and he helped us set up some bait stations and within just a very few days the meat bees were no longer a problem – they were just gone! We really appreciate it and would suggest that anyone looking for a pest control company consider Sierra Vista Exterminators.

My dogs were always getting ticks from the yard and I would pick off up to 15 ticks a day. I had Sierra Vista come out and after the very fist visit we have had no more ticks on our dogs.. I really thought it would take several visits to get rid of them so I was very pleased that they were gone the first time.

Keep human food and pet food in sealed containers. This applies to grains and seeds such as bird seed and other pet foods that might be stored outside your home, or inside your home. Don’t leave bird seed and pets foods in their paper bags, as mice/rats can chew through those paper bags easily. Find a plastic jug, storage container, or gallon bucket with strong lid to store such items.
