Professionalism

The girl who answers the phone is very rude, very unprofessional, sarcastic and just downright disrespectful. I believe her name is Tammy. If you keep using her as the person who answers your phone calls or if she is your front receptionist or first contact person for your office, you are going to lose so many clients. You need to get rid of her. She is ruining your business.

I have used this firm for over 25 years. I also work with other law firms. This firm has handled both personal and business law for my company and my family. These guys are honest and some of the best attorney's I have have ever dealt with. They have also done work for one of my children who is also an attorney.

Ultimately the Judge approved a payment of the agreed upon $6,000. Because of the unusual situation with an attorney passing away, the Social Security Administration does not have a clearly defined process. Therefore, our firm did exactly what the Judge instructed us to do. Clearly, dcarri did not feel it appropriate and neither did we, but we had to jump through the hoops laid before us. I guess you could say that both our firm and dcarri were thrown into a messy situation courtesy of the Social Security Administration. We are perfectly content with how things ultimately ended up and are glad that we were able to assist dcarri to get the benefits they had earned. If you need help navigating the complicated process of Social Security Disability, we would love to help. Give us a call!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

They were very good at first and did help me win my case... but...

When I hired them we agreed to 25% of my award if I win or $6000, whichever was less.

So I won, the court auto withholds 25% (over 12,000), pays the lawyer their amount (should have been 6k) then is supposed to pay me the rest.

The problem started when my lawyer died during my two year case. Someone else in their firm took over and I was told nothing would change. Well the courts rejected their payment due to technicality of the original lawyer dying.

The new lawyer then AFTER my case was won filed to keep the entire 12k that had been withheld instead of the 6K I had agreed to!!!!

They are saying it is legal since my original contract is with the dead lawyer is voided, but to me that is a huge breach of ethics when they know I had agreed to 6K.

KEEP IN MIND THEY INVOICED ME FOR 9.5 hours TOTAL!!! for the whole case. they really want to gouge me for 12k when I had agreed with the original lawyer for 6K when they only did 9.5 hours of work.

They have now told me to hire a second lawyer if I want to fight them for MY money they are screwing me on.

DO NOT USE THEM! I understand if the payment issue was due to one of my mistakes, then they should recover more for their time. But, This was in no way my fault. THEIR guy died, and the courts are causing the issue. I fulfilled my obligations.

I even contacted the lawyer after he originally filed to get the whole 12k, and we agreed verbally over the phone that if I won it all I would still pay him 6k, and if he won he would only keep 6k ad send me the rest, and promised to mail

a new contract. Instead over a week later I got a letter saying never mind, we changed our minds and no longer represent you, hire a new lawyer to fight us.

AVOID THEM!
