Hi, My husband and I looked into this company for a while and choose NSD Home Improvement to do my work.. After doing all that we could with state inspection,city inspectors,and much,much more... Were very happy that 3 years have gone by and everything is still wonderful. They did a full remodel on our house. We took a loan in 2007 for the work to be done. As follows the Owner (Nakia Davis) walked hand and hand. Then after our $73,000.00 Home Improvements.. Listed as follows= Master bed room with walk in shower, Roof,Siding,Windows,Gutters and down spouts, (not happy with screen) but in his defense he suggested Leaf Free gutter protection. Basement remodel with bed room. I dont agree with what the other statements are about him. Nakia always did everything to plan and never at once did he miss a step with us. I strongly suggest that you should use him and his wonderful team. There very prompt and professional. Nakia (owner) is Nice,clean,understanding,and mostly willing to work with you and family in need. I still need a lot of stuff done Nakia. I tried to call your cell and look you up your company. Were the Raines family and we also checked into NSD Home Improvement and we are very happy that we did. Are story is different than any one else. We live in the portage area and my husband and I got to get some of they're (NSD) customers and chose any one we wanted. The owner (Nakia Davis) let us pick at random on how many we wanted with no hassle at all. We talked to at least 10- 20 people and looked at what nsd had done for them. They all were happy and had no problems what so ever. We needed 5 windows, gutter, roof, and some siding repair. My husband lost his job and are money was very tight and couldn't spend alot. But, we new the roof was leaking and it had to be fixed. Nakia came through and took care of us. We gave him $2000.00 down for are project to get started.Are total price for 5 windows,repair on siding,7square on roofing and 150 guter and downspouts came to $4,430.00. Well things got started and the crew worked hard and nakia was always making sure that we were happy. The project is finished and we ran into a problem with the end of are money and he worked out a payment plan for us. So I want the public to know I am one of those customers now in his office that is free to say well done NSD Home Improvement. And your a great company to use and god bless you for everything. I hope you and your team goes far. And we also will refer you to other people in are nighborhood. Thank you and this is are family story.

After looking for alot of company and looking into everyones pros and cons my husband and I did also choose Nakia NSD Home Improvement to do are work. We did also talked to alot of the people and home owners that he gave us to choose from. NSD did over 200 jobs last year and we got to choose any customer we wanted at are convievnce. We also looked and asked about the lady that stated about here on the site and he showed us the returned check and showed step by step what happened to her. He explained about his old partner and gave us the reason and never held anything back. Not 1 customer of his had nothing negative to say about him or his company. We had a new 18x26 deck built,Siding,gutter around the home and are project cost us $16,000.00. We gave him $9,300.00 down and rest due upon completion. I also would request anyone who was in need of anything done to call him. This company dose a great work and they work around you schedule and any money problems. They'll be coming back to do all are windows in the summer. I promise. Just call and you will alos see for your self.

Nsd Gave us a qoute and he performed many jobs in are nighborhood. I read all the other compalnts and theyre from the some lady. We checked into it through everything and we found that he had nothing on his record or any other complants. We called and talked to everyone that NSD did work on and they all said that Nakia Davis (Owner) was professional and exceeded all are wishes. I would recomend him to anyone and hes doing are sons house in 3 months. So I would ask for his references that he can give you. they all love his work and hes nothing that is being protrayed from the lady above. Hes great and so is his staff. Call them.

Took $2,800 down never fixed the roof. 4 months have passed. Merry Christmas, you stole from an 87 year old woman. Legal action in progress.

Took deposit, never did work and will not return $3,000. Does not return phone calls unless you call and say you are a new customer. Legal action taken. Avoid this situation yourself by looking elswhere for your improvements!!
