I have so many good things to say about Emerald Car Cleaners! I first called after reading an article about them in the Kalamazoo Gazette. I thought that would be SO handy having them come to me at home, at work, while shopping, anyplace! The first appt was having come to my work. Imagine how much fun it was to walk out of work for the day and find my sparkling clean car! Wow! Cleaning my car is something I always put off and now it was cleaned much better and more detailed than I ever had done. Fantastic!

The next time I had them come to my home and it was on a Saturday - I was impressed again just at having it done on a Saturday. It was very convenient having it done right in my own driveway. This time I chose a more detailed package. It was very hot that day and I kept asking the Rep doing the cleaning to come inside to cool off but he said no and kept going. He did accept cold ice water I brought him. His name is Justin and he was the best advertising this company could ever have. He worked and worked hard. He got areas clean I had tried and tried in the past and couldn't quite reach them. He had no problem. What a fine young man he is. He did an excellent job! Excellent!

I praise this company to all of my friends and I highly recommend them! The telephone or messages left are always answered promptly, emails are always answered within 24 hours and appointments are ALWAYS kept. I cannot praise them enough. The owner, Barbara, is the main reason this company is doing so well. When you talk to her you can always hear the smile in her voice. She always tries to give the customer exactly what they want and she also comes up with more than fair compromises if requests are just not possible. They have my business forever. Sherry B.

So the family car had all the spills, stains, dirt and hair that is typical of a family car, and it needed more attention than I could give it by just vacuuming it out. Enter Emerald Car Cleaners. Let me tell you all the ways they were great:



1) They answered their phone professionally and got me scheduled quickly. Some other car cleaners never even answered their phone or returned my call when I left a message.



2) The gentleman (Justin) who came to clean the car was prompt, friendly, and very hard-working. He not only cleaned all the seats, mats, floors and trunk of our car, but he also bagged up all the loose change he found and made sure my daughter got back her lost Dora doll.



3) The price was reasonable for the service, but the awesome part was I did not have to bring it to anyone -- they came to my house! Instead of trying to rearrange my schedule around taking the car in, I enjoyed being able to go about my work normally while it was getting cleaned outside.



4) While any sort of cleaners will leave an odor behind, the cleaners they used were NOT unpleasant or harsh smelling -- and since I have sort of a sensitive nose, I appreciated that!



I would completely recommend them to anyone who needs their car cleaned out!

What a convenient way to have your car detailed! Emerald staff arrived at my office to detail my car. They did a super job onsite and I was the envy of the office. A couple of hours was all it took and my car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor again!
