Terrible vehicles sold to those who are desperate buyers with bad credit.

I bought a 2006 Ford Escape from them. They advertised it via FB and a personal account versus a business. But that is not where the problem lies.

1. It look literally a month to get the title and docs I needed from them.

2. I used these guys because I was a cash in-hand buyer and just wanted a vehicle quick and easy.

3. I have owned this vehicle 5 months. In that time I have had to do the following repairs. Two ball joints, tie-rod, all 4 brakes, drums, new tires and battery. Now the rear tailgate does not work either!!

4. They cut the parking brake. So that was not even hooked up according to Pep Boys!!! So they are knowingly selling a dangerous vehicle on top of that!

5. Imagine if you were one of the people who needed financing and all of this stuff was happening too over the course of FIVE MONTHS!!!!

This is a terrible business all the way around praying on customers and selling lemons. No one should deal with them honestly. The repairs alone are ridiculous. I have owned literally 40 vehicles plus in my life. NONE required these kind of repairs in a FIVE MONTH period of time!!
