Don't believe those reviews - this Y is a huge part of our family's life, and we love it. The people here really care about my kids, and I'm thrilled that my 3 year old can attend a program with a licensed teacher. As a work from home mom, it means the world to me that Child Watch is available almost every day, and for $30/month, you can use it without limit - the ladies who work there are always happy to see my 3 month old as well as my 3 year old, and the kids love to be there. There's a fantastic playground, and the community gardens behind the building are awesome too. Busy center, but never crowded. I take many group exercise classes, which are free with your membership. They have so many great early childhood classes, like Kindergym, Sporties for Shorties, classes about cooking, art, gymnastics - I don't know what I'd do without my Y. Keep the Feith!!

Fecal mater all over floors and toilet seats. only one disability bathroom in the kids area. Can't use full of kids. A big metel sulpture in waiding pool kids hit heads on and get caught up in. No steps into walking lains in deep end. Nothing but a daycare...

I had an issue with my membership it should have been canceled. Instead I was charged for two months (about 126$) of membership. I called about the first charge and then the second charge. I talked to very “helpful” people with an “I’m sorry about that, let’s get that fixed for you” answer. My membership was finally canceled. I was informed that I would be issued a refund for those two months of membership and I would receive a check in the mail. That was in November, it is almost February and not only have I not received a dime, every time I call all I get is the run around and more numbers and people to talk too. None of which seem to know a thing.
