My Computer Savior. We sat down together at his shop and he took the time to help me configure my email accounts to my iPhone and other devices. Henry really is a patient, knowledgeable and an all around wonderful man. Thank you Henry for all your help. I will be calling on you again real soon. This is an excellent computer company. The customer service Henry provides is the absolute BEST in the industry. Henry and his staff are all very patient and friendly. These guys even traveled out here to both my offices in Old Westbury & East Hills. I can't express it enough ... The computer service was truly the BEST! The computer repair prices were exceptional. After trying to hook up a TV that was moved from one room to another, I realized I was in over my head. I found Henry on line and he came over the same day (I live in Port Washington) and was able to do what had to be done in about 45 minutes. Very competent and patient with a smart TV that is infinitely smarter than me.

By all means Henry has been an Excellent computer administrator, a gentleman and an all around True Professional in the computer industry. He has provided excellent top quality service on recent and past incidents. I highly recommend his services.

Henry is incredible. I mean it. I can't remember the last time I had a true professional treat me with so much courtesy, respect, patience and honesty. Sad there aren't any more like Henry around who actually do "Follow up" calls after the service has been performed and check to see if your computer is still working well. Now that's what I call "Top-Notch Customer Service". He came out to my house and diagnosed my computer immediately. Right away he told me that the problem was that I was highly infected with viruses (Which was the cause of me not being able to logon to the internet). Funny thing was that I previously took it to "Staples" and they tried to sell me more "Ram". Then I took it to “Bestbuy” & they said that I needed to get my wireless card replaced, which really meant me having to get a new motherboard because the card was integrated on to the board. I don’t know about you guys but in today’s economy I’m not looking to spend a lot of money. Henry, if you read this review I just want to say thanks again and God Bless. I’m going to pass your name around my office.

This guy is fantastic. Quite the charming gentleman. Very personable and trustworthy. Apparently, he lives in town so that alone put me at ease. He does on-site analysis of your problem ( Goes to your location ), pick-up and delivery all for free. The only thing he charges for is the work performed on your system. Now that's a saving all on it's own. It's about time we got an honest tech around here, especially in today's economy. I went to Best Buy's Geek Squad and they charged me 85 bucks just to look at my computer and another 200 to get rid of my viruses. In the end I still wasn't able to log on to the internet. Turns out the Ethernet card failed on my computer. Best Buy really knows how to rip you off on computer services. Thank God, there are still guys out there like Henry that still provide quality service, are patient, and communicative when working for you. Henry ..... Thanks my man! Keep up the good work. I'll be calling on you again.
