We bought our Spa from Curt in the Ft Lauderdale location. He was awesome to work with. My wife and I had gone in just to take a look at Spas, and bought one of them. We didn't think we would be able to afford a Spa until we went to Spa King.

Love Love Love my new tub!! I couldnt be happier with it. The sales lady was spot on with helping with the details, and then gave me a run down on exactly what i wanted. Im very happy w the sales service and the delivery team deserves a big thank you for dealing w the specifics. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. my experience with this company was satisfying. They kept my wife happy with the answers to all her millions of questions, and did it w a smile and gave us a great deal, we saved quite a bit of money with the tub and even though it sprung a leak on us a couple weeks later...they came and fixed it with no cost to me which kept me happy! thanks Spa King, you guys get my vote

I don't write many reviews but I felt compelled to take the time to share what a wonderful organization they have going at the Spa King and the customer service has been beyond belief. I purchased a Jacuzzi brand tub from them about 10 months ago which turned out to be one of the best purchase I've made all year. Our purchase had no issues. Delivery was delayed by 1 day due to weather,. They informed us of the issue and delivery was done the very next day without a hitch!

I have spent no less than 500 hours over the last 6 months researching every hot tub in existence, just to find the right model to fit my needs. I am a big guy and that creates many issues when it comes to spa seating, comfort and access.



Over the course of several months and several phone calls, having to go back to square one several times...Jim Gandy 'patiently' and consistently assisted me in finding just the perfect pre-owned luxury tub to fit my discerning taste. The spa I purchased is a 'one of a kind' tub that can only be compared to a pre-owned BENTLEY. The COAST Cascade III offers all bench seating, an elevated waterfall and is the only spa in the world to offer a negative edge.



Before getting to know, appreciate and admire Jim Gandy for his sales talent and the incredible level of customer service he offers his customers, I became extremely frustrated with several Central Florida hot tub dealers who did not take the time to assess my specific needs, rather they would make poor recommendations which initially cost me a great deal of time and money.



Today, I am $6,000.00 ahead of the cost of a new spa and the COAST Cascade III I purchased from Jim Gandy at The Spa King is only two years old (tracked by serial number) and is close as you can get to being a factory demo...it's nothing short of amazing! Between the patented elevated 24" waterfall, never ending negative edge, manufacturer installed salt water option, bench seating, LED's and iPhone dock...and knowing that I use a hot tub 2 hours a day each evening, I have many days of stress-free soaking, relaxation and happiness ahead.



I wish you the best in your spa purchase and be sure to insist on 'The Spa King' and ask for Jim Gandy, to receive the 'exceptional service' you deserve, as opposed to choosing just a local dealer. Trust me, you'll be glad that you did!
