Dr. Biderman is ok, but the support staff is horrendous. Extremely unprofessional, especially when it concerns making comments about my daughters eye exam and prescription. I don t need comments about her eyesight when we know it needs correction. They failed to place an order for my daughter s glasses and it is a month now and they still have not come in. All they can offer is empty apologies and blank stares. Saying you put a rush on something and failing to request the materials to be overnighted with a TRACKING NUMBER is just poor service. Then small business wonder why people go to the national chains instead...
