Perkins Medical Supply

I was very disappointed with the customer service, I have been to this store on multiple occasions and every time it is the same thing. There is only one register, in which they ring up both medical supply customers and medical personnel (buying uniforms). My last visit is what sent me straight to writing this review. The cashier was having a long drawn out conversation with the customer that just bought a wheelchair. Then manger yells at her to answer the phone, the cashier snaps back. Then another staff member takes over and says " What? You want me to ring her up?" Says nothing to me while ringing me up, tells me the total, I paid my balance and then quickly left the to store.



The only reason why I went to this branch is because they are closer to my home and their prices are reasonable. I guess you can't get good customer service as well; that is just asking for to much. Honestly I would rather drive extra a 50 miles up the road and pay a lot more for the same item and get better service then to go back there again.
