The negative review was so uncalled for and false. The woman wanted us to brush out a matted dog which would have been painful and cruel. There is much more to the story serfice to say you can't please everyone and this person was demanding and very rude. Please look up Love On A Leash on Facebook and see all our many happy customers. I have an extremely educated and outstanding grooming career to.stand behind. Thank you.

My first visit was very satisfying! I have a medium breed dog that needed her nails clipped/filed and she is not use to getting them done. In fact, she hates any environment that feels like the vets office. Anyway, they were VERY patient with her and handled her with care. I will definitely be back. Thank You

I would like to totally disagree with the review below. I personally own a bichon and lee and her crew always do an amazing job. Everyone always compliments on my boys grooming :)

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I must post this one because I am extremely dissatisfied for my last visit to for love on a leash. I have been taking my dog bear to Lee for awhile now, my dog is a white Bichon Frise, Lee always did a good job, however, this last time I went there she has someone assisting her, and she must tot gave her my dog and to my disappointment she shaved all his fur off, to the point I cant take my dog out to sun he is completely bald, and look disgusting! I went back to the place and ask Lee, why did she had someone else groomed him and why was he shaved this way...her response was he had too many tangles....not acceptable! I will never take my dog back that place.

Lee has been grooming my Maltese Rosie for 2 years now. She always does a great job. When you walk in it almost seems like your dropping your dog off to a family member. My Rosie gets so exited when she goes. I highly recommend Love On A Leash.
