This place is great and the staff is unbelievable!. Yesterday I went to the store because I was having trouble with my atomizer. I was informed by a very helpful employee, Dominick, that FDA laws prohibit him from touching my unit, but he would help me any other way he could. He suggested he walk me through trying to fix the unit (which he did) and after several attempts decided that it must be the tank itself, and promptly provided me with a new one at no charge. After telling me how to change it out, it worked like a brand new item. I was shocked with Dominick's kindness as I had been to a rival business of theirs two days earlier with a problem with a unit I had purchased from that particular venue and I was told by their employee in charge that not only could he not touch the item, he was unable to offer me any type of assistance or support unless the owner was present. This place's products and employees are beyond expectations!
