Extra Space Storage

First time users of this storage co. Used the facility from July-Dec 10x20 climate controlled unit. Felt that the unit was humid during the Aug & Sept months. Complained 3x and each time said they fixed but I dont think it was. Temp dropped in Oct so we didnt have to worry then. Liked that it was a secure facility where you had to have passcode to get in/out. Price was competitive to other facilities. Price increased $20 after 6 months but I am sure they would of kept it if they were going to loose our biz. Employees friendly and for the most part helpful. Probably would use again but would make sure they had the humidity problem fixed if rented a climate control again.
