Had my tire pached on a Friday and tire leaked flat same day. Went back and was told it was a bad tire valve so they charged me the same day to replace the valve. Saturday evening the tire was flat again. Sunday the location was closed. Came back on Monday morning and told them that the tire is still leaking from the patched area and they got nansty and said it could not be because they have been doing this for many years and never had a problem and that I was trying to be vendictive and sabotaged the patch my self. "REALLY". This guy is to nasty and arogant a took my money and never provided the service that was paid for and wanted to charge me again over $20.00 for a job they did not do the first time right. Will never be back to this company again and this guy is so proud that he can not fathom that he may have made a mistake or failed product. Lost a customer for life over a total cost of a .50 patch to fix his own mistake. It's just the priciple of acusing me of wanting to make my own tire leak after I already paid 2 times to fix this same issue and being a nasty business owner to your customers.

I have been going to Don's for years. They are fair and they do everything that they can to make the customer happy. I have never had a bad experience in all the years that I have been going there. My friends all go there and they have had a great experience as well. The guys that work there are knowledgeable and are great at what they do. I trust them to be fair and to make sure that I am safe on the road.
