If there was a Zero.. I would rate a zero, horrible customer service, horrible attitudes. The 'Manager' if that's what you want to call her has no sense of what good customer service really is..THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! HENCE THE REASON WHY EVERY REVIEW ON HERE IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS.



We ordered three tables, to be picked up the next day, we showed up to pick up the tables and there was no one around. We waited and called 3 times trying to get a hold of someone, ANYONE. WE EVEN WALKED AROUND THE PLACE, No one showed up or answered the phones. Finally after an hour of looking and waiting we left. We called around 12 pm and someone finally answered, called us liars and refused to give us a refund for the services they never provided.



WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DATE.
