General Info: The Kitsap County Human Services Department offers a range of human service programs. It provides planning, administrating and support services. The division also offers developmental disability, substance abuse treatment, metal health, youth mentoring, job training and prevention services. The Kitsap County Human Services Department additionally provides aging and long-term care services. The Kitsap County Human Services Department is a part of the Personnel & Human Services Department, which also operates Personnel Division and Division of Aging & Long Term Care, as well as Kitsap County Youth Mentoring and the Kitsap Recovery Center divisions. Located in Port Orchard, Wash., the Human Services Division is part of the county government programs
