Our experience with Ace Rental Management has been very difficult and disheartening. They are very dishonest in their practices, do not work well with tenants (very unprofessional), and the owner of the home we rented is trying to find a new rental management company. We returned our property in better condition than we received with documentation to validate this statement, had to make repairs to the property at our own expense because they refused to send out a repair person as per our lease agreement, and were blatantly lied to (or she didn't understand their policies) by the property manager resulting in a significant loss on our behalf. We have a rental management company that tends to our home out of state and have been renting homes for quite a while. This is by far the most deceiving, dishonest, and worst property management company we've ever worked with. We are currently discussing legal recourse with area attorney's. .
