Took my transmission there to be fully rebuilt; ($1,000 in just labor ). Start having problems; Bring my truck up there... John comes and takes a ride with us says hmm that's weird. Yup there's something wrong... That's weird and shoves us off telling us to go home drop the pan and tell him what we find...We go to drop the pan and our first discovery Every single one of the 14 bolts on the tranny pan were loose. we proceed to take the pan out and reach in to check the magnet.... Low and behold TWO bolts laying in the bottom of the pan from the valve body... Furious at this point we go to talk to him only to find out he went on vacation.. we wanted to go on vacation too but couldn't cause we had to go back and correct the work that you didn't Do properly!Went to talk to him this evening...wouldn't own up to his mistake and threw excuse after excuse at us while mumbling his way through it. I suggest no one ever goes there unless you want nothing but an expensive bill and problems!
