A Pampered Pet Grooming Salon & Boarding

Big shout out to pampered pets for a job well done. We had a very positive experience and the mother and daughter team went above and beyond to get our pup looking great. The girls stayed an hour late finishing up a difficult grooming job on our big American Cocker Spaniel. They were professional, caring and sensitive to our pet’s needs and didn’t rush just to get done. We have already booked our next appointment and would recommend this business to anyone. Communication is the key so let them know what you need and they are up to the job.

New owners are fantastic! We just had our poodle groomed at Pampered Pets today, and our dog has never looked better. Amazing attention to details, and they love dogs! We were very happy and our dog was very happy. Thanks, Tara and Diane!

You've been warned; do not take your pets there. Last year when I took my two dogs to be groomed, the owner/groomer took 7.5 hours to finish them. (She admitted to me on the phone that she kept leaving to do other things.) This year when I took them there, she was not in yet and I asked her employees if I could possibly have the dogs back in a reasonable amount of time. The both rolled their eyes in a "good luck with that" gesture. The one suggested that I might get them back in about 4 hours. I said that would be great. The wrote down exactly what I wanted in cuts. When I picked them up four hours later, both dogs had been shaved! I was horrified. I asked her why she had done that and she admitted to seeing the directions they had left for her but said in a snotty voice, "Well, you said you wanted them back in four hours and I can't cut them the way you wanted in that amount of time." So now my dogs will freeze to death and look horrible because of a vindictive groomer. And to beat it all, she charges a high amount for grooming for this area!

I took my two little Maltese in to be boarded for a week after visiting with Elsa and taking a tour of her facilities. She took excellent care of them and I will not hesitate to take them back when we can't take them with us. She also groomed them and did an outstanding job! Thank you Elsa!
