I was a bride in Lexington, Michigan on June 27, 2015. I was very disappointed in your customer service at http://www.christophersflowers.com/ in Port Huron…. My flowers were not EXACTLY what I ordered. The flowers were supposed to be long stem and an Orange Ribbon on the bottom. I got short stem flowers and a white ribbon. I called to let you know and your response was you could come back to Port huron and they could re-do them. I let you know I had no time and was already 1/2 hour away. I ask you to drive them up to Lexington and your response was, "it was not that big of a deal". I will never recommend your company and will be sharing my story with every Wedding site I can find. I am sticking to the facts and you did not care enough. I would hate another bride order flowers from you and you screw up her flowers and you don't care to go the extra mile to fix the problem. I know there are plenty of other Flowers company's out there that would had took the extra steps to fix the problem.

The first time I saw a Christopher's arrangement was at my step father's funeral. The arrangement was so different from anything I had ever seen in terms of a "somber" funeral arrangement. It was incredible! Birds of paradise, palms, you name it...stunning! In asking where it came from many informed me it had to be from Christopher' s and that he had taken over the business in Port Huron, I can see why. I don't live in town but have called over the phone to give colors, themes or otherwise to the staff and they have delivered magnificent arrangements in my absence for everything from birthdays, funerals or just because. I keep meaning to leave a glowing review, and here I am about to make another purchase and thought this the best time to tell them Thank you! A+ service, quality and prices.

i have done both phone orders and in store orders here, and not only are the flowers beautiful, the staff is wonderful. very helpful, kind and welcoming.

I would not recommend this florist. I hired them for my wedding and was told one figure at my initial meeting, where I was guaranteed a certain range in expected cost for the flowers and look I wanted to create for my wedding. At my 8 week meeting I was given double, DOUBLE the quote for the same flowers and concepts I had expressed prior! Not only was I mislead, but I was completely heartbroken (with my wedding being 8 weeks away, there was no time to hire a new florist) --- after a few phone calls and working with Dawn (who was very helpful) we worked on getting the cost down to what I was originally guaranteed it would cost for my wedding flowers. At my 3 week meeting we went over all of the flowers, colors and particulars - when I arrived at my ceremony, the flowers we had discussed were NOT the flowers that arrived - they were the wrong color and concept! I later saw on a facebook post that the flowers I really wanted were used for another wedding that same day! I spent way too much money and was completely disappointed.

Christopher Flowers made the flower arrangements for our daughter's wedding in June. They were absolutely beautiful! You think you have an idea of what they might look like, but when we saw the flowers at the church and then on each table at the hall, we were blown away! Very creative, yet simple and elegant! Thank you, Christopher Flowers!
