Located in Port Charlotte, FL. I am very disappointed with their services. I scheduled an appointment last month. I was told it would take 2 days to work on my car. At the end of the third day, I went to get my car. The results were horrible. I was told that a family member was ill, and my car was not worked on, as promised. I paid them their fee, so I could take my car home. The work was not done proper, and or completely: I had a bent bumper, newly found scratches, unpainted areas, dust appearing to be under the newly paint job, common people at the business were questioning me about personal information to my car to say the least. I complained over the telephone to Kyle, after returning home; was told that their work was guaranteed, and they scheduled me, yet another appointment to do the same work again this month. I was told it would take 2 more days. Went to the place to check on my car on the 2nd day in the afternoon, and it was not finished; not even close, and or sanded, and re-painted, as promised. I have already paid their service price the first time around. It's was going on the 3rd day the second time around, and I still do not have my car. Told them to have it ready by 4:30pm the 3rd day. I arrived at the place, my car was very unclean, the bumper was not completely re-painted, as promised, and there was an obvious unpainted sanded mark in the middle front bumper. Appears to be a rip off business; all I can say is horrible. Unfortunately, I lost a lot of money. I will not use them again; I will take my car, somewhere, else to get a better job done.

I've used West Coast Auto Body twice to repair two autos. Both times they were professional, honest and did great work. The last time, they were cheaper than their estimate! I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend everyone to West Coast Auto Body shop. They are very professional, experienced and friendly. They get the job done right!! Very fair and very upfront on everything. I had them do my truck last month and another car (daughters) about a year ago,that was in an accident. Quality work you would never know either vehicles were crashed. Also very prompt!!
