They have no sign up sheet if you go in to speak with a person about an issue ,which has on more than one occasion allowed a person who cam e after me to get assistance out of order. They only offer online banking so if you have a PC issue you can't get statement information with out going into the back .They don't even offer paper statement s under special circumstances unless you go into the bank . Last and most disappointing when I signed up I was offered 3.5% interest on my money up to $15,000. This went all the way down to 1.75 by the 2nd year and yet they still expect usage on the checking/debit card 12 times each month. They could have lowered that with the decrease in interest to make it more appropriate.

went to several banks for a loan. the port charlotte branch was very helpful and educational. Karen i believe was the lady i spoke to who spent several hours going over the steps and perks of a bank auto loan as opposed to a dealers finance. we went with them for one auto loan and also refinanced my other car loan for a lower rate. I made a teller transaction as well and they were also full of knowledge and the communication between staff helped. the teller told my loan officer some information i needed so i didnt have to start my long story over again. over all they have made a customer for life.

I went in for a loan at the Port Charlotte, fl branch and all the loan officers were out to lunch. Finally one came in. I gave her all the info. and she put it in and said there was no problem. Then she told me the system was running slow and she will call me when everything was ready. The truth was she had other customers in the lobby and just dismissed me. I have NEVER gone in for a loan and then been sent home!!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Here it is and the bank is closed and I haven't heard a thing. Also, it is next to impossible to get a person on the phone when you call. I will be going somewhere else!
