A Professional Employer Organization PEO or widely known as "employee leasing" brokering firm is a company who manages another company's risk over the long term by proper first placement therefore reducing valuable time spent in non-revenue producing activity for business owners. Since there are so many moving parts when considering a PEO, ( Payroll, Workers Compensation, sometimes Benefits and Human Resources ) our task is to make your job faster and easier. We listen to your needs, collect the information one time and submit to the company ( s ) PEO's or Employee Leasing companies we feel will best suit your needs which results in individual answers. Thereafter, we assist our clients in the math regarding the pricing and other services that a particular PEO provides. We have chosen several PEO's who we feel are stable, have friendly, non-pressure sales representatives to do the sign up work and process their payrolls in an accurate and proficient manner. We provide services for companies with as few as 1 employee to unlimited amount of employees. We have constructed the easiest way to get free quotes for your convenience. Employers Choice Solutions, Inc was established on January 30, 2001 by Joni Prose. She graduated from Santa Fe community college in Gainesville, Florida and continued her education at the University of Florida majoring in business. Joni co-owned two commercial glass shops in the state of Florida and after selling the last glass company, she pursued a career in business brokering and learned how to market other businesses from the US overseas in order to get top dollar. Joni Prose started her PEO career for the Nelco Companies which grew their company through accountant based offices. Later in her career, she moved to a larger PEO called Nova Care which was later bought by HR Logic. The concept for our business model is preventing the business owner from making costly mistakes from either not properly identifying their specific needs and not matching their company properly to the PEO they need. We also monitor and keep track of a business owner's ongoing invoicing which is a free service we offer in order to maintain retention of our existing client base. We lose very few clients after they come aboard and it is our belief it is because we work hard for our clients. Our pricing model is pre-arranged with our Professional Employer Organizations ( Employee Leasing Companies ) so that the company owner is not penalized for using our services. We always encourage our clients to get comparison pricing so that they can see for themselves the value we bring to the table. We have compiled a due diligence program in order to interview your own Professional Employer Organization ( s ) which we extend at no charge as well as keep our existing client base up to date on current laws and industry news.
