I have been investing in real estate for many years, David is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I've never seen an Inspector with tools like this, or take the time to check everything. We got to see pictures of the whole attic, I never expected such a detailed report. He explained with a summarized review, pictures and notes where everything in and outside of the home was. I only expected to see the things that needed attention.
His attention to detail, and experience as a builder will help people know what to expect and how to plan accordingly.
