        Very rude and poor service. This was my first attempt to visit the new location. Called in a pick up order today and person who answered the phone said they were too busy to take pick up orders today. This was at 4p on a Sunday afternoon. Since phone in orders take much less time than an in service visit, the position makes no sense. Interestingly enough, their competition Texas Road House was happy to take the order and the food was great. Saltgrass lost out on a $100 order and future business from my family.

        Not a good experience. I have eaten at many Saltgrass locations around the Houston/Galveston Area and never had a bad experience. Order was incorrect for several people at table, Steak was cooked incorrect, was incorrect size based on what was ordered and food was cold. Steak was not very tasty and waiter argued when challenged about incorrect orders. Will never eat at this restaurant again.

        Don't waste your money here. Cold dried out food terrible service. And wait staff will lie to you about your food don't trust them. Will NEVER be back again. They do have good tea!! LOL.
