On a Friday night I had to wait for 20 minutes but it was well worth it. For my first time experiece dining at Cheddar's, I thought it was an excellent experiece. My waiter was very good and very sincere. Rusty was very attentive and definetly chose the menu item that fit my taste for the evening. After his description of the steak and hickory smoked ribs I couldn't resist. The atmosphere even the crowded was very pleasing to the eyes and the fish aquarium was pretty awesome. The food came out pretty quick considering how busy they were and Rusty was on top of everything would could ever anticipate, it was like he read our minds. My kids loved his presence and they enjoyed themselves as well. I am definetly bringing my family back and I hope Rusty is there to convince me to eat something besides the steak and ribs. The food was great and the pricing was appealing to my pocketbook.

This restaurant is filthy. From the servers to the kitchen to the managers! I know because I used to work here. The servers do not wash their hands and pick up food that they have dropped on the nasty kitchen floor to be served anyway, while they are too busy figuring out which employee they are going to go home with that night or catching up on the latest horse$hit drama. Horrible service (well for the most part), there are few good employees, which as you know in the restaurant business is hard to come by. You won't get your salad before your food about 90% of the time. And your food will come out not how you ordered it every single time. You can bet on it. If you eat here, complain about your food to the manager named Tracy. Definitely not fit to be a restaurant manager - can't do 2 things at once to save her life...(After all, if the owner, Darren, found out about how his restaurant was run, he might would break it off between himself and Tracy and not f*&^ her anymore...What a shame - Thats the only reason she has a job....) All in all, with all the crackheads and drama loving employees too busy dealing with their own mess to give you good service, I would say pretty effin crappy place to eat. (in nicer terms) 8)
