I have no complaints, everything is as expected for a good company and good people. I wish there were more locations to where I reside.

The so called manager had her kids hanging around being vary loud, when we went to leave that was in front of us and completely shut the door on me as I held my 2month old! I was vary upset as the manager seen as she was in front of us as well when she turned and said I should have asked them to hold door for me...... I will raise my son to hold doors for others especially for a lady holding a baby!! It's a shame this lady's sons have no respect! I'll never go back

Very good food, and service has been excellent in my trips there. Staff has always been friendly, which is hard to find in our area.

Every time we get food to go they forget something and when its late like tonight when you call back to tell them then the phone is busy. I've been calling for 15+ minutes so far. It wasn't to big of a deal when they forgot our biscuits but tonight when they forgot a whole meal that's what upsets me. And then when you eat in and they arent even busy and u stand at the counter for 20+ minutes and the first girl that comes over has an attitude saying"can I help you" then just walks off before u can say anything... I would give no stars if possible... But I guess they deserve 1 star since the food is decent...

I want to begin with a disclaimer...my one star rating is not for the food (which is FANTASTIC). My issue with the Poplar Bluff Missouri restaurant is the fact that on my very first visit to this establishment (12-15-14 6:00pm) the manager's teenage son and friend were stationed at a table near the condiment area and rudely and loudly yelling and playing air drums on the table and calling out that they wanted fries! My son and I were disrupted more than 10 times during our 1/2 hour visit by these disrespectful "children". What appeared to be the "mother" of one of the boys stood by that table and said nothing to the disruptive boys regarding their behavior. The manager in question is an older man with glasses and gray hair. I hope this is a one time incident but upon witnessing this behavior I would say probably not.
