        Great fun on the river

        Carol,
        My 14 year old daughter and I spent 4 wonderful hours with Jeff on the upper Potomac River on July 10 fishing for small mouth bass. It was my first time fishing ever and I had a blast! His boat was in great shape and he had terrific fishing gear. When we arrived at the agreed upon time (7am) he was already there with his boat in the water, ready for us. After quick intros, we headed right up the river. He taught us how to cast and just a few minutes in, my daughter caught her first fish. Shortly thereafter I caught my first one. I didn't keep track of how many small mouth bass we caught, but it was a lot. I would highly, highly recommend this trip to anyone. Jeff was a fantastic guide - patient with our many questions and great to talk with. I can't wait to do it again!
