These guys cannot count. The number of items on their design drawing did not always match the number of items which was on their bid price list, which did not always match the number of items delivered. When there are discrepancies between the counts that I could verify, I can only wonder if they shorted me on the number of cubic yards of mulch and gravel that I was supposed to get.



Their follow through on correcting problem items was horrible. I had to follow up with them multiple times before they attempted to fix my problems. It was a very frustrating experience.
