Auburn Village Townhomes

I know people really don't read this and think that the person writing a bad review is probably someone who doesn't pay there rent or ect. While living here my daughter window was leaking very badly and she was soak and wet from it. The drywall crumbled and fell apart due to how much water came in. It took them 3 months to fix it and that's because we withheld rent in accordance to the mi landlord tenant law. the next rain we had it was still leaking. After and we withheld rent again to make sure it would get fixed. Finally after 4 months of of calling and everything the window was fixed. Now they are trying to evict us and refuse to take our money just so they can but yet they won't let us terminate our lease early so we can be done with them. We have been going through court for this ordeal just because I Needed my window fix and not have water all over my 1.5 year old daughter. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you don't rent here so much so your more then welcome to text me and I can go further into details about this place. 9895010903.
