Willow Creek Apartment Homes

I drove through this gated apartment complex only to find the gates wide open. The grounds by the office are well kept and trimmed,but going farther in the grass is 3 feet in some areas showing no effort to upkeep beyond the very front . The rent keeps being increased while upkeep decreases. A pathetic situation to have any elderly person to have to live and should be an absolute imbaressment to the City of Ponca City , Ok. to have anything like this in such a quaint city!
