Boomer Tire & Alignment

Purchased new set of tires from this Boomer Tire. I was told that this set of tires was warranted to the mileage stated although they are unable to be rotated. I was told this certain tire manufacturer was the only company to warranty a set of staggered tiers.

When I called about the warranty due to wear I was told Boomer Tire never told me this set of tires was warranted.....I was lied to.

We brought our 40 foot RV to Boomers for two new front tires. They were very friendly and nice and the best part was that they beat everyone's price in town. The job they did was very quick and professional. Thanks for doing the work on our class A motor coach.

I have been using Boomer Tire for years now for all my vehicle needs. They are always super friendly and very prompt in getting my car in and taken care of. The gentleman working the front counter (Kyle) is always very professional and very pleasant to deal with. He always goes the extra mile to figure out what's wrong with my car and get it fixed for me. I can always count on Boomer Tire from fixing a flat to completely servicing my vehicle. Great job Boomer Tire...I will continue to use them and recommend them!

I have used Boomer Tire for many years & always had a great experience there. Friendly, knowledgeable & good pricing. They have worked on all three of my vehicles many times. Never had an issue with any of the employees, including younger Hibbitts man behind the counter. Good Christian family owned business.....I will continue to use & recommend them.

I'm not saying they did bad work but I had a very difficult times with the guy running the front counter he did not want to use my tire warranty at all he said he refused to do any paperwork or call my warranty company and I had to call them myself , he said he needed money and didn't want to do any paperwork because it wasn't worth his time, I don't see why you would get any kind of road hazard Warranty from Boomer tire and alignment if they do not honor any warranties because the guy at the counter is too lazy and he should be fired, I wish the owner would pull his head out and see what's happening to his Business

First I'll start off with a good for Boomer Tires. Very quick and efficient on getting the tire on and off, done deal. Now for the bad, this companies professionalism horrible due to who runs the front counter, Kyle(tall gentlemen w/ tattoo's) provides a very unpleasant experience, with his rude comments, and smart alack attitude. All in all this makes it an unpleasant experience maybe he though who could say and treat a customer my age that way. I would recommend the tire shop for the service of your car. But if i were to get him at the counter, I would quickly ask for someone else.
