Bob's Transmission Co

I would have made this 4.5 stars just because they didn't use any kind of protective floor mats or coverings for the fenders, which would have prevented greasy finger prints on my nicely waxed car. However the service was outstanding, they were friendly, fast, very professional and the shop was clean. I called around looking for the best price and Bob's was the most afforable in Ponca City. I even took my car to Moyer's for an estimate and they wanted to charge me double the price of Bob's quote. I didn't even need to wait for an appointment, they said I could have it towed to their shop anytime. I would recommend Bob's transmission to everyone who needed a new trany.
