Office staff is great, as well as technician who has come to my condo's to do bi-monthly pest control service,very courteous, and knowledgeable . They always do a great job and at a great price!!

Great company!! They got rid of my ant and roach problem on there first visit. I would highly recommend them.

Unreliable. They cannot keep their service reps with constant turnover. The last individual calls to set up an appointment and doesn't show up. Doesn't call either. We've used Just Termites for almost 10 years. But recently the turnover is ridiculous. And the level of service has noticeably diminished.

Went to hotel in Orlando and apparently brought some bed bugs home from my suitcase. I called several companies and their prices were outrageous. Just Termites took care of my problem in just 2visits and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them!

Found Swarming Termites in 1 Bedroom called Just Termites. There schedule for that day was full but gave me an appointment for the next day.They showed with up 2 nice technicians. and showed them the problems. the spray/fogged the attic, drilled, foamed and patched the walls. and saw termite signs in the floor. said would be best to spray the subfloor. I agreed and they left and said call them when vinyl floor was gone. called later in the day and they came right back. and hosed down the floor. they returned for a follow up a week later and resprayed the floor. very happy with price and service no sign of termites and has 1 year guarantee

I tell ALL my friends about you guys and keep your number on speed dial in my cell, just in case. I will DEFINITELY be using you guys again if I need to. Thanks again!!!

This company came after hours for me, because I work banker's hours. The man was super friendly and explained to me the bugs I was facing. He only has to come out 4 times a year, as a precaution, because the product worked THAT well. Everyone in the office has been great and productive with me every time I call. I even get my bill emailed to me each time, versus wasting paper. They're ECO GREEN!! I would recommend this pest control to anyone who wants peace of mind for their home. We are a LARGE scale condo community of 671 condos. This company sprays the common grounds, our office, the clubhouse and individual units that we own. They've been AWESOME at response. The office staff is extremely cooperative and responsive. The guys who actually come out are friendly and always call ahead. I use them at my OWN home and would recommend them to anyone. The owner is truly one of a kind. People should be LUCKY to have them in their phone and able to call at the drop of the dime, even after hours if needed. These guys ROCK!!!!- Property Manager for large condo association.

my son came home for 2 weeks when he left we found bed bugs i called 4 pest control places just termites was the only company that was on time the same day. Sales guy was in uniform the truck had company info i did read all the reviews and i wasnt sure but no one showed up but just termites. Next day another guy came and i told him im not going to pay till he was done just to make sure he told me he wasnt going to ask me for a check till the end and if i wasnt happy i can keep my check. after 2 hours he left the next day a lady name billie called to make sure i was happy and set a follow up for the week after. No more bed bugs now for 2 month im very happy that i went with this company and by the way orkin showed up a week later and wanted 895.00 all i paid was 470.00 i know who to call next time i need service.

I hired this company to treat subterrannean termites. They showed up on time--calling me on my cell 30 minutes prior as requested. They were polite, well-informed, thorough and very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone!

I will never use this company anymore, They tried to charge me for service i didn't receive they show up without calling, I paid them with a check then they turned around and did an electronic tranaction. I closed my account in March today May 11 2012 a service guy came to my house and said am here to spray your house. I told him i closed my account in March.......come on people this company SUCKS....

This company is HORRIBLE to do business with. I've had issue after issue with them for the year that I've been using them. The last straw came today when the technician came out to spray. We asked him to close all doors and gates behind himself so that our cats wouldn't get out. Well not only did he leave one door open he also left both of our gates open. Now two of our three cats are missing somewhere in the neighborhood.

This is in addition to them roping me into a contract when I believed that I was only getting a one time service (my fault for not reading the fine print) and then signing me up for another year service totally without my knowledge and without me signing any contract which I only found out about when I called to complain.

Now I have to write them a letter stating that I want to cancel my contract with them. UGH!

PLEASE NOTICE ALL THE HORRID REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE. DO NOT EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!



They DO NOT provide the promised service and you can complain till you're blue in the face and they will not respond. They will continuously tell you that the "owner" has to approve any cancelations and yet the "owner" is mysteriously never available.



Worst thing you could possibly do is give this company your credit card information.



Where there is smoke there is fire and every review on here is one star and even that is too much. Go with a reputable company...this is not it.

Absolutely horrible company! Never was on the schedule given. Makes their own decision about when they want to do service even though there is a schedule in place and over half the time doesn't show up on scheduled day nor call the client to let them know what is going on. If you don't call them they take it upon themselves to send someone out when your not home them charge you and expect you to either schedule another day of your time to do inside OR not get your full services worth and STILL expected to pay them. Every month they seemed to have lost all my information and specifications on my account and never knew anything. The office always played stupid when a letter was sent or a call was made. Never preformed half of what was stated in the contract and was still expecting payment. Very dishonest, lazy, rude, & unorganized!

Never followed their end of the contract. Wanted to come and go on their schedule..received a schedule from their office and not once did they follow it. I am pregnant and was told it would not be a problem to halt the service for several of months and the office acted like they never knew about it when I CALLED THEM EVERY MONTH about it. When I asked them what could be done about my pregnancy and not spraying for the time being they told me they were going to cancel the account and to not worry about it. Then I received a cancellation fee due to their decision ON MY ACCOUNT! Now I have been calling them EVERYDAY and they keep twisting my words when I have an entire time line of them not following through with what was even stated in the original contract to begin with.. WHY SHOULD ANY ONE HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICES when there were specification in a contract and the COMPANY is the ones not following through!! I am a paralegal and any judge would tell them to get their stuff together because they are obviously unorganized and dishonest!

Sometimes they show, sometimes they don't.

I paid them up-front and in-full for a 12-month service contract. We agreed on a scheduled time for them to be here each month. I had to chase them every month for them to keep their appointment. If I didn't call for them, they didn't show up. Who needs that?
