Chris Burke and Gilberto Martins have created a new company called Chris Burke Construction. This was formed so that Mr. Burke could do general contracting work by using the general contractor licence of Gilberto. Gilberto was convicted of fraud by trying to sell the use of his general contractor license to non-licensed contractors in order to get work (myfloridalicense.com/vie…).
