This place is horrible!!! they lie, they scam insurance companies, the owner Anthony has no respect for anyone, is rude and very disrespectful. The lady Solange is a straight liar when i called her irate after being told i would have to wait until 4pm to get my car when they got paid this morning yet another check from my insurance company and had my car for almost seven weeks she had some lady Lindsay call me asking me if i threatened her and called her a "cunt" a word I NEVER even use, nor did i threaten the poor girl who just answers the phone all I told her I will come with the cops if need be to get my car. This place is a joke and should be shut down even my insurance company said they had not seen outrageous prices and bogus charges for labor as this place had claimed. They're even investigating the field agent that works the area... God doesn't like ugly and I'm sure karma will be knocking on their doors soon.

Terrible experience with management. Some workers with a very bad temper. I would fire that specific worker in a heartbeat were I in charge. Headaches from start to finish.

These people are scammers. They pair up with the tow company and give you a estimate that is absurd compared to anyone in the industry and if you don't agree they will slap you with fees over $800 just to get your car out. Please do yourself a favor and do not even think about it. Their are many other shops in the area and will do great work for a honest price. I hope to save someone the trouble I went through. They have 7 complaints with the BBB. Do some research and you will see how this is a fishy business.

These people are great! Especially Shannon! I had to go get some items from my car, but it was difficult, being that I had to get around on the bus with a 1 year old baby. Most places won't let you go to the back and get stuff from your car unless you have someone to watch the baby. Well, Shannon thankfully allowed me to get my items while watching my daughter (which she did a great job at). Leslie walked me to my car and kept asking if I needed any help and made sure I had everything I needed. I even forgot to get a key, and Shannon stayed late for me to come back and get it. I would definitely recommend this place. One thing we need after a car accident is a friendly staff to work with. Thank you ABC!

If I could give this business negative stars I would. These people have a scam down to the T by pairing up with tow companies and having them take advantage of people at the scene of an accident. They continually lie about the status of your car and never do anything that they promise. My car went to their shop on 2/4 and was not returned to me until 3/15!!!! I went to pick up the car and found a crack in my windshield, scratches that were not even where the damage was, the steering column falling off and the car was not aligned at all and they tried to tell me the car was complete. This place is a complete and total joke run by people who do not care about return business because they just keep scamming more people at the scene of an accident. You will see by the large amount of crashed cars behind their business that they are in it for the money and don't care AT ALL about customer service. If you somehow end up at this poor place RUN don't walk and take your car somewhere ANYWHERE else. If only one person sees this review I hope it saves you from making a huge mistake!!!
