Ron Smith's company did a terrible job in my unit. He and all other contractor knew they had to replace the drywall to fix the ceiling but Ron did not change the dry wall, try to patch it with a quick work. He knowingly kept the old flooded drywall. Then the dry wall did not hold pain later on and we had to hire someone again to fix it, and repaint it. He sort of scammed us with his poor work. He later promised to cover our additional paint expenses at least but he never did it. Stay away from this guy, and his company.
