We just went to the poconos, stopped there for a few things and used our ATM card supposedly it didnt go through the first time so the cashier asked me to swipe the card again.

When we returned home,as always we checked our account.aparently the card went through on the first swipe and we were charged twice for the same amount.

After 30 minutes on the phone with the manager of the Shell store,the simple task of crediting the extra charge back to our account became a failed venture.

Now we have to go to the trouble of filing a claim with our bank to recover the money,which will take weeks.



WARNING:IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS SHELL STATION AND STORE BRING CASH

OR AVOID IT ALLTOGETHER!!!!
