Before President and Founder, Lance Kolbet, established the firm, the financial services industry was divided into three independent siloes. The investment, insurance, and banking worlds were like ships passing in the night: no one knew each other, no one collaborated, and while companies suffered the consequences, individual investors lost the most ground.
