Pocatello Power Sports

Took my bike in because it was backfiring. They quoted me a price for it to be jetted which they said was the problem. After two weeks, they never got a hold of me to tell me it was ready. I called them. Picked it up after being charged almost double what they quoted. Stated it up, took off, still backfiring. Took it back, they said there was a bolt missing and that was causing the backfiring. So they charged me for jetting which apparently it didn't need, adjusted how the carb was mounted,(was charged for that) and they took off my fuel filter for no apparent reason. All for a missing bolt. They are the worst. Oh, they also charged me 45 bucks for an oil change. Can't even express my frustration. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.

This place does not backup the stuff they sell!! I bought a KTM 450SXF and not even an hour into ridding it the engine is now broken. They said that they are trying to get KTM to pay for it, but it is not looking good, and pocatello power sports is not willing to pay for any of it not even the labor charges. And they want to charge me two hours of labor to tell me the bike is broken!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
