I highly recommend ANR. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to help us find a perfect place and expedited maintenance and housing inspection. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

I purchased this property only 10 months ago as an investment property, I was told that there were tenants and a property management already in place; sounds great right!! Well every month we had additional charges due to maintenance for miscellaneous items, hundred here, hundreds there and recently went to thousands. So as an out of state investor I traveled 1500 miles to see what was going on. Our last issue, we were being told the basement apartment had flooded due to the sprinklers so for three weeks they just turned them off. I get there and turn on the sprinklers (shown below) and guess what, now we no why the basement flooded. I complained about the issue and they canceled the utilities and our management agreement, while holding all our money. I emailed the owner and this was his response below. Come to find out they were apart of the sale, never disclosed it and swindled me out of my rental income with (maintenance repairs). I know I am not the only one this has happened to, I’m just not sure why there are no other complaints on the company, guess I’ll find out soon enough; probably an out of court settlement and a confidentiality clause I imagine.

I LOVE ANR!! I've known ANR 4 years and counting. You are among family with ANR! Diane, Jennifer ,Chari, Nate Chase Kyle and Ryan are professional, courteous, compassionate, kind, empathetic, funny and friendly staff. I enjoy coming to the office. Have a few laughs. Pick on the maintenance guys. Just like family. Calling in or submitting a maintenance request online is simple. Nate is fast and efficient. Repairs can be done that day, sometimes, depends on circumstances. Mostly within 2 days. The maintenance guys are always willing to help me out if I need extra help carrying, moving, lifting, reaching, etc... As long as it does not interfere with the schedule. I'm so happy with ANR. I highly recommend visiting them when your looking for a new place or an Owner looking for a quality property mngr. Check out the Team, the Crew, the Staff, THE FAMILY @ ANR PROPERTIES! A N R properties is by far the BEST property managers out there. We had a short time to move and withing no time Jennifer and Diane where there To get the keys and get moved in! The rental we moved into needed some repairs but they where right on it within hours if not less to come and get it fixed. Cory is fantastic at getting orders sent out for repair Ryan and his team are unbeatable in this town and hands down the most amazing, nicest, most professional people I have ever worked with! The people that they have done and do repairs are amazing as well everyone from the plummers, electrictians, and alliance repair men have all been just so curtious and respectful. Thank you So so so much for everything you have all done. It true My shows the level of professionalism and dedication that this city needs! Thanks again you are all so amazing!

I was very impressed with ANR. They helped me and my girls find a nice apartment in a great neighborhood at a very reasonable price the same day I walked into their office, I walked out with the keys to our new apartment within hours. Very nice staff and a great property management company to go through.

i have known the owners for a while i rented from them a time and they were great managers. now they manage my properties and are even better. thanks guys you are awesome.
