        This family-owned and operated shop is tops in my experience and that of my sewing students. They are very knowledgeable about their products and about sewing in general. My students have told me that they ask questions to find out what a customer really needs and then steer her to an appropriate machine--they don't just recommend a high-priced one, and there's no hard sell. Service is high-quality and fast and they stand behind their work.
