        Overall

        Don't order on-line. They will charge you for the return shipping it seems no matter what. I have no clue about in store policies as I am out of state. Just because the shoe fits employees, doesn't mean it fit me the same. I guess I was supposed to wear in pain and hopefully stretch out the width on top of my foot. This experience Outfitters has taught me to never order any shoes on-line, even if same brand and size for over 20 years.
