Great Salon, I just took my Special Needs son there and with all the wiggling he did, he came out with a handsome good looking cut. They understood and treated him like a young adult and made him have the best experiecne ever.Every hairstylist does an outstanding job, I would recommend every single one of them. Once you come out of this salon you are seriously gonna look and feel like a million bucks. The colors and products that they use are great. I have had my hair colored and hilighted multiple times and it always looks great. Once your client, I promise you, you will never have to seek another salon again. I have been going to Salon International for 10 years. I am very happy with John and how he consistently does a good job with my hair/highlights. Everyone is very personable and I don't feel like just a number. I would highly recommend this salon!

Salon International is one of the worst places to go for a haircut and style. I went there over 14 years ago and to a hairsylist (loose term for her) named Linda who is no longer with them. I had hair to my waist and just wanted a trim. I can only just now begin to talk about this horrifying experience. I asked her to "trim" the bottom of my hair and that I would like the bottom round on the ends. Prior to this, she had trimmed my hair twice and each time never gave me a mirror when done so I could see the back, but instead each time offered to "braid" my hair. She never curled or styled my hair just blew it dry and never defused it. She never said one word to me and began to cut and texturize my waist length hair to my scalp, I was left with nothing by onion thin hair that was cut into a "V" shape to my waist and had to baby comb the side of hair that there was nothing left of. I would wake up in the middle of the night in panics looking for my hair that now that no weight or volume to. My hair literally broke when I would brush it until it started to grow out normally again. I do not have coarse hair - I have full thick nice hair that I have never colored just styled and layered with an occasional body perm. I could not even begin to enter a salon for almost 10 years and it took that long to get my full long hair back. Unfortunately you cannot do anything about salons like this except tell people not to go there and that is our right as consumers - word of mouth that say's do not go here, take your hard earned money and your beautiful hair someplace where stylists regard and respect you and will listen to what "you want". I would also like to mention that before my appointment I had to reschedule twice due to family situations and had given them more a couple days notice, so my assumption in addition to this was that it was a because she was not happy about me cancelling two appoints. The bottom is - if you get a bad feeling about going - don't - if something tells you not to go - don't... My sister went to the owner and had the same thing happen - chopped to much off of her hair and did not listen to her either Salon International does not care about their clients or who they hire - just their bottom line. When I finally did call them years later and explained my story - the receptionist was nice but seemed unphased... Please take your business someplace else...

I've been coming to SI off-and-on for over 15 years. No matter who ya get it's always someone good. I'm almost afraid to go elsewhere.

Don't know what bug crawled up *unknown123*'s arse, but I suspect he/she/it would be grumpy in a room full of laughing gas. Or else it's someone from a competitor.

Never been sorry I went there.

I have been going to Salon Intl for years and have always been very pleased.

The stylist is always on time and engaging and the front desk is great. These

are professionals.

Terrible customer service, unacceptable attitudes, poor salon experience. Overall bad experience and will never return again.
