Plymouth Urgent care

The worst experience ever..... the doctor didn't even listen to what I said, he tried to make me feel stupid, and ashamed. Also, he prescribed me a medication that he DIDN'T even tell me what it was!! (turns out i definitely did not need it) He deceived me and lied to me. Unbelievable. Sad. be careful..

Worst. I declined to buy a brace for my foot because it wasn't much different then the one I already had, and for $90. The assistant came in and said the Dr. wants you to have it and to bring in the bill if I get one. Got the bill, brought it in, and they refused to pay it. The office Manager said "we are not a real practice, just an urgent care". I'm not happy about paying a bill for a purchase I didn't want, or need. Urgent Care co-pays have rose since Obamacare anyway - go see a specialist! Or go to the one on Haggerty and Ford!

The office staff is kind and helpful. The service was excellent and quick. I also like that there is a pharmacy next door conveniently located too!!

I was diagnosed with shingles last April, and after seeing almost six doctors, Dr. Verma immediately knew what to do and how to handle this virus. The staff is extremely friendly, and will do everything in their power to help. This office is all around great, efficient, and know what they are doing. The pharmacy next door is just as great, I now will not fill any medication at any other pharmacy because I like their staff and people that much.
