Core Sport

The trainers at coresport have given me results like no other studio, I combine Pilates and Personal training and get my cardio, strength, flexibility and balance all in one hour. My body looks so different in 2 months and my back and knee pain has gone away. The workouts are fun and the trainers are extremely knowlegdable and very hands on. Definately try it, I looked at other places and no one offers what they do.
